I've seen a lot of different perspectives growing up. From Manila Slums to South side Chicago. From Gardena, Filipino Town, and Korean Town to Beverly Hills. From skating around in the hoods to joining cocktail mixers in the hills. I think going to USC has become the culmination of my broad experiences. Set just South of Downtown LA, USC is the most expensive school in the country; It is home to both diverse minorities all over the world and at the same time sons and daughters of wealthy alumni. Getting to witness such an array of different people and situations allows me to interact and work with all types of environments. Having said all that, this tab is a reflection of what it meant for me growing up as Filipino-American and how my identity fits inside the cultural puzzle piece otherwise known as Los Angeles.
